The rapper filmed scenes for the No Frauds video on Westminster Bridge - just days before three people were killed on the iconic landmark last Wednesday when Khalid Masood drove a car into pedestrians before storming the Houses of Parliament.
But, according to The Sun, the footage shoot the weekend before last is now unlikely to make the final edit, with the 34-year-old star feeling it would be inappropriate.
A source told the newspaper: 'When everybody involved in the project heard the news they were devastated and thought it would be in bad taste to feature it.
'The other London scenes will remain, but it's highly doubtful the bridge footage will make the cut.'
MailOnline has contacted a representative for Nicki Minaj for comment.
Nicki - who wore a silver-beaded corset and headdress while filming in the English capital - previously paid tribute to the victims of the terrorism incident, which led to the deaths of five people, on Twitter.
She wrote: 'May God protect everyone in London. Hate hearing this sad news. Sending my condolences to the victims' families.'
While shooting her video in London earlier, this month, Nicki went all out in the style stakes - combining bling with dominatrix style get-up for the shoot.
Combining a bejewelled headpiece with a rhinestone corset and flowing tulle skirt, she added an edgy pair of biker boots to the look.
