Denzel Washington's face when he lost Best Actor Oscar to Casey Affleck

Denzel Washington may be one of the world's best actors, however, he did little to mask his disappointment after losing the Oscar for best actor .

The Best Actor category at the 2017 Oscars was largely seen as a contest between Denzel Washington (Fences) and Casey Affleck (Manchester by the Sea). But when Affleck was announced as the winner, Washington who was pictured with his wife of 33 years,did not look too happy.Even Afleck's mentioning him in his speech did nothing to change Denzel's mood.


Denzel has two Oscars to his name .In 1990 he won Best supporting actor for Glory and Best Actor in 2002 for training Day.Since  then, he has been nominated for an Oscar, five times .His latest nomination was for best actor in Fences.
